Terms
What Fade is, what it claims, and what it deliberately does not.
Plain-language terms describing how the product actually behaves. They have not been reviewed by a lawyer.
What Fade is
- A decision tool
- Fade reads your fantasy leagues from the platforms you already use and tells you what needs your attention. It does not play for you and does not change your lineup.
- Not affiliated
- Fade is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, the NFL, or any other platform or league. Names are used to say which service a connection reads from.
- Not gambling advice
- Fade is a fantasy sports tool. Nothing here is a betting recommendation.
What Fade claims
- Only what has been measured
- Fade makes a recommendation only where the underlying method has been tested against completed seasons and held up. Where it has not, Fade says nothing rather than guessing — several capabilities have been tested and abandoned for that reason.
- Absence is shown as absence
- Where a number is unknown, unpriced, or could not be read, Fade shows that state. It does not render missing data as zero.
- No guarantee of outcome
- Fantasy results depend on real games. A recommendation that was correct on the evidence can still lose. Fade reports how its recommendations have actually performed rather than promising results.
Your account
- You control the connection
- You connect a league and can delete your account at any time from Account settings, which removes it.
- Provider terms still apply
- Connecting a league does not change your agreement with that platform. Fade reads what your account can already see.
- Keep your sign-in link private
- A Fade sign-in link signs in whoever opens it. If you think one has gone astray, sign out everywhere from Account settings.
Availability
- This is a build in progress
- Surfaces appear, change and are removed. Where a capability is not yet wired to your provider, Fade says so on the page rather than showing an empty screen.
- No charge
- There is no billing in this build — no payment provider, no stored card, no metering.
- Provided as is
- Fade is provided without warranty. It depends on data from third-party platforms, which can be late, wrong or unavailable; where Fade can detect that, it reports it.
